Her journey in the optical industry began immediately after high school when she started as a receptionist in a small optical practice in Hoboken, NJ. Eager to explore the optical world, she transitioned through various roles, gaining experience in optical sales, lab technology, optical insurance auditing, medical billing, and practice management. 

However, it was her role as a Practice Development Manager that truly ignited her passion for styling patients and providing personalized care. 

Wendy's love for people and her desire to make them feel their best led her to dream of opening her own optical shop.
